1. Products & Orders

All products are handcrafted in small batches. Product images are illustrative; slight variations in color or texture are normal for herbal formulations. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, due to stock availability or suspected fraud). If we cancel an order that has been paid, you will receive a full refund.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details on our servers. Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Shipping

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery typically arrives in 3–5 business days. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

4. Returns

If a product is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a hassle-free return. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns policy.

5. Product Use & Disclaimer

Our products are cosmetic and intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and formulations — is the property of GADE Hair Care and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GADE Hair Care shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned.
